The private zen garden is a soothing intimate outdoor space full of lush greenery, winding paths, symbolic statues and seating areas. It is the perfect meditative space to unwind, reflect and tune into your senses, or to enjoy plant medicine and drinks around the fire. For those interested in further exploring nature, the garden is next to a conservation area featuring beautiful, forested trails, bridges and river.

THE ARTISTRY OF LIFE: PERI & MENOPAUSE COACHING (2 hours) (12 weeks)
This is a holistic approach to moving through perimenopause and menopausal symptoms with ease, joy and grace and an opportunity to reclaim your self and become a LIVING MASTERPIECE!
JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS (2 hr) (10 weeks)
This is an introductory healing journey into the wisdom of your energy centres to explore what hidden wounds lie within the shadows of your being and could be preventing you from moving forward in the places of your life that you know you’re meant to shine.
ECSTATIC ENERGETICS (3 hours - $411)
These experiences are designed to activate your ecstatic nature with sensual touch, breath, sound, movement and guided energy flow. Includes a 90 min massage.
KUNDALINI YOGA to AWAKEN & EMBODY (90mins $166 )
These sessions will serve as both a transmission and an awakening of your creative Lifeforce energy.

Artemis offers a variety of healing modalities — ensuring each retreat is a personalized, eclectic blend of sensory exploration, conscious connection, energetic practices, and nurturing of body, mind and soul. Together with Artemis, you can craft your own unique retreat experience based on your desires and intentions.
Please note that I live upstairs and the private suite is located on the lower level of my home with a walk out to the garden. The backyard is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. There is a small kitchenette with sink for washing dishes in the laundry room.
Guest access
There is one parking spot in the driveway and free, overnight parking on the street. The backyard is yours to use and if you walk through the back fence near the trampoline you will find a wild path to trails through a beautiful conservation area.
