Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay - perfect for your DC getaway, attending events at Quantico and to enjoy the outdoors while still being close to everything! Very central location - 13 minutes to Quantico gate, 20 minutes in opposite direction to large shopping centers/restaurants, less than 5 minutes to Potomac Point Winery and 20 minutes to Widewater State Park/water recreation.

The space
This home is beautifully decorated with lots of space for everybody to spread out.

There is covered parking for one vehicle and space to park 5 other vehicles in the driveway. The home has a front fence line with shrubs providing privacy and a separately fenced garden area with large screened in patio, picnic tables, hammocks and swings.

The oversized kitchen allows everyone space to gather, stools at the counter and the dining table/mudroom combo give versatility and space for everyone to gather for meals.

The lot is 3/4 of an acre - plenty of space to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, gaze at the stars at night, and enjoy outdoor activities.

There is an oversized covered deck in the backyard with dining table and relaxing chairs, as well as a large sunroom for those who prefer relaxing indoors.

Tastefully decorated with many amenities for family fun (basketball, volleyball, ping pong, air hockey and more) - very quiet location for a getaway you are sure to enjoy!

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome (max 2 - pet fee applies per pet - price listed is for one pet, it is $100 extra for additional pet). Yard is partially fenced (there is an area to the back left of home where fence is broken) but the garden area is fully fenced.

Home is on well water and a septic system. Septic will clog if items other than toilet paper are flushed and guests will have to pay for repairs (Approx $350 to repair if tampons, condoms, q-tips, cotton balls, baby wipes, diapers, etc. are flushed and clog system - sorry!).
