This charming property is nestled in the heart of the Catskills and located 5 minutes from the center of the town of Livingston Manor. This relaxing home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dining table for 6 and open living area with a comfortable seating area and cozy fireplace.

The star of this property is Trojan Lake which is located a short walk from the house and features a private dock where you’ll have easy access to swimming, fishing, canoeing, and more.

The space
The house is located on approx. five and a half acres of wooded land and features a nicely sized backyard with a fire pit and grill. The house has a front porch and back deck for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Please know that there is a wood-burning fireplace as well as a fire pit. Wood is not provided, but can be purchased locally at most gas stations and supermarkets.
