This unique property with amazing town and coastline views is nestled in the Yeppoon hillside making it feel private and exclusive while being only 200 metres from the centre of town. With two expansive decks at the front of the house to entertain on and a private patio area at the back of the house there will never be a shortage of areas for guests to spread out.

The space
3 large private bedrooms with extra bedding and bathroom upstairs. Full adult and kids libraries in French and English along with heaps of entertainment on all levels. Enjoy the views and wildlife from indoor and outdoor dining areas or stroll into town to enjoy the city.

This property has many flights of stairs that do NOT have safety gates attached at the top or bottom of them.
