This mid-terrace 2 bedroom cottage built in the late 1800’s, is situated on the outskirts of the historic slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, right in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
A traditional slate miners cottage which provides a wonderful base for local attractions such as Zip World, Mount Snowdon and exploring the area with its rich cycle paths, walks, rivers and waterfalls and is perfect for a couple, friends or a family who love the outdoors.

The space
A two bedroomed property, with a double bed in the master bedroom and a single in the second bedroom.

Guest access
The rear garden is not currently accessible as it is very steep and uneven ground.
Outside the back door there are steep slate steps. Please take care if walking up these steps as the slate can become slippery when wet.

Other things to note
Towels, duvet covers, bed sheets and pillow cases are not supplied in the cottage, guests will need to supply their own.
The master bedroom has a king size duvet on a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has one single duvet.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use, the kitchen includes an electric cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge with small ice box and a microwave.
There is no gas to the property, everything including the hot water is powered by electric.
The bathroom has a small shower.
