This log cabin style cottage is perched on a hill surrounded by 25 acres of private forest with 3km of cut trails. Located 30 minutes from Prince Edward County and 25 minutes from Belleville. It's the perfect getaway spot for exciting day trips and to experience the peace and rejuvenating vibes of forest bathing!

The space
The open concept house is designed to be cozy for hosting large groups of friends or family get togethers. There is a large brick fireplace that separates the sunroom with the living room, which is equipped with a 100" screen, projector and Sonos speaker for immersive movie experiences.

Also on the main floor you'll find a chef's equipped kitchen (kitchenaid, knives, food processor etc) with a large island, bar stools and a dining area. The custom built 12' table is a perfect space for casual or lavish eating, and has seating for 14-16 people.

There are five bedrooms, each furnished with Endy mattresses and large closets. Four of the bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom. The loft bedroom has four custom built-in nooks with twin beds designed for privacy with curtains, personal light switches and plugs. The living room couch, facing the large bay window turns into a queen size bed and the purple vintage couch in the basement has a trundle that slides out and turns into a double bed. There are full bathrooms on the main floor and basement and an ensuite powder room in the loft.

Get ready for hours of fun in the basement games room! It has a smart TV, a pool table that converts into table tennis, an air hockey table, a dart board, poker table and board games.

The outdoor space also offers a lot of options. From a dip in the heated pool, a festive meal on the patio, an evening bonfire in the summer, yoga on the lawn, a snow shoe hike in the forest in the winter, you will have many opportunities to unwind, destress and connect with nature.

If you do have to get some work done, there's a vintage desk tucked into a private nook with great wifi.
