Large open living room with dining area. Full Kitchen, single bath with shower/tub combo. 3 bedrooms and pullout sofa in living room, all queen size beds. Wifi and streaming TV.
BBQ grill, firepit and outdoor seating. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee and even the rodeo grounds. About 1 Mile from downtown Prescott square, great bike riding distance. Large parking area. Every Saturday the local farmers market is directly across the street.

Fun fact: Our first property in Prescott was bought 10 years ago to be remodeled from the studs to host our 10th wedding anniversary party. We love to bike, hike, climb, and paddleboard.
