The Pheasant Room accommodates guests with mobility issues, offering a shower with a built-in seat and grab bars next to the toilet.

Guests booking at What A Lodge have access to the entire lodge. Guests in wheelchairs will appreciate that all major lodge amenities are located on the first floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry facilities, Great Room with games, all decks and screened porch with picnic table and hot tub. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms and a Media Room (listed as the 2nd Living Room), which is not accessible by wheelchair. The fire pit is in the backyard and accessible by wheelchair.
Other things to note
While smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping and e-cigarettes) is not allowed inside the lodge, smoking is permitted outside on the decks and around the lodge. Ash tray buckets are conveniently placed around the outside of the lodge for convenient cigarette disposal.
Illegal use of drugs is not allowed inside or outside of the cabin. Marijuana is not legal in TN. Any possession is a misdemeanor for a first offense and multiple offenses are a felony. If guests are found to be engaging in illicit drugs during their stay (whether from a neighbor, cleaner, or someone else), it is assumed that it was noticed by the owners. We do not tolerate illegal use of illicit drugs at the cabin.
