The property features one private bedroom, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
All indoor areas, including the bedroom, are air-conditioned for your comfort. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic utensils for your convenience.
You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and a gazebo with a dining table — perfect for relaxing under the Caribbean sun.
The pool area is fully fenced, offering complete privacy for you and your guests.

Free private parking is available inside the property.
