Welcome to this renovated 1,000 sq foot 1960’s home. All new flooring, paint inside and out, new kitchen and appliances, and Refrigerated Air Conditioning. Located off of Interstate 10 and Thorn, there is easy access to nearly everything on the west side, Mesa, West Towne Marketplace, Doniphan, and much more!

The space
The entrance you walk into the living area, with a sofa and two side chairs. The living area has coat hangers and a bench to place your things as you walk in.
