The space
This delightful cottage apartment boasts private parking and a separate alleyway entrance. Newly remodeled in Winter 2024 with comfy furniture, softer linens, a convection oven/microwave, a small capacity washing machine & more! Sun-drenched and fully furnished, it accommodates two with a comfy queen-size Murphy bed, reading chair and a couch, ideal for singles or couples. The kitchenette offers instant hot water, a fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and croc-pot slow cooker. A small capacity washing machine is in the unit along with a clothes drying rack. Entertainment comes easy with an XBox One gaming console, adequate TV featuring streaming video through Amazon Prime, Xfinity, Netflix & music through Spotify and many more.

Off-street private parking adds convenience to this great space, perfect for minimalists.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we do follow strict COVID-19 cleaning procedures to address the safety of our guests. High touch point cleaning includes extra attention to light switches, counters, doorknobs, desks, toilet handles, faucet handles, etc., using CDC recommended 3% H202 recommended for killing the coronavirus.
