The space
Located on San Antonio's Northwest side; less than a mile from Sea World. If you plan on attending Sea World, going back and forth to rest up and prepare meals at a fraction of the cost can help make your Sea World experience more enjoyable and affordable.

Regarding our sleeping accommodations, we have three bedrooms, which sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed, and the 3rd bed room has a full size bed with a twin-size pull-out bed.

We have hosted thousands of families attending Airforce BMT (Basic Military Training) graduation at Lackland AFB. Welcoming your BMT graduate to our home will provide your airman with a more meaningful family reunion experience!

The neighborhood community does not allow street parking; vehicles in the street WILL be towed. Our 1 compact-car garage is currently unavailable. However, our driveway is fairly large and can accommodate approximately 3 vehicles!

Hi! I'm Carlos Munoz, born in the mid 1970's, raised and residing in San Antonio, TX. At the age of 25, I became a born-again Christian and soon after married my wife Stephanie and together we have 6 wonderful children! Out of high school my business experience was mostly retail & restaurant management. This afforded the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of business, direct human resources and revealed my God-given ability to go the extra mile to please guests. In my mid 20's, I returned to college to pursue a degree in software engineering. During this time I worked for a services company as the director of contracting. The combination of these two skills prepared me for accounting and algorithmic formulas for complex problem solving and reporting. In 2011, in an effort to down-size, I had an idea to buy a cheap home and rent out our existing home (at the time) for a monthly rate that could support both mortgages. Our first long-term renter was a nightmare to deal with, hence, I decided to try short-term rentals and SA Vacay was founded. Anticipating a career in the computer industry, I would never have imagined that I was being groomed for vacation rental management. The Lord indeed works all things together for good; who can know His ways! For the last eight (8) years, we have hosted thousands of families in our San Antonio Vacation Rentals and we look forward to hosting you!
