Private boat launch, expansive heated deck, enjoy ski/paddle/kayak with most protected waters on lake. 4 season- perfect 4 family- 4 Br, 3bth A-frame , 2700 sq ft boasting fireplaces, game room, putting green, outdoor BBQ, flat iron grill, mooring buoy, shared dock, paddleboards, kayak, large lawn. 20 mi Leavenworth & Mission Ridge ski, Lake Chelan.

Rooms are all moderate size and space. All new linens and towels.

Upper level
Bedroom - 1 king
Loft 2 twins (bathroom on this level)
Lower level -
Bedroom- 1 king
Bedroom- 1 queen and bunk bed
(Bathroom on this level too) and there are two living room areas w couches on main and lower. The bathrooms we hope to update as they are all full baths, but definitely outdated. There is a shared dock. We leave two paddle boards and a kayak and use at own risk. And reminder to leave no equipment on the beach as this area the water goes up and down about ten feet depending on the dam.

Other things to note
Please note as with most other houses on lake Entiat it is tucked off and a long property, but is on the highway, if noise bothers you from road traffic, consider a different rental- the house if protected mostly from noise but the top room in a frame does hear traffic. Also, we are on the lake -it is wonderful for boat, paddle and fun. We do our best to keep milfoil down throughout the year but it also is another factor sometimes late summer we cannot control too much. Never enough to stop my kids from swimming or jumping. Also bathrooms are fine, but eventually we need to be update them. We have done a ton of work on the house, and it’s on the list.

This house is one of three located in front of Turtle Rock Island. No house on the right of you, and our other rental home, @lakeentiatvacactionrental on the left. We also have a neighbor on the left who is there during the summer so please respect noise and no partying. We love our neighbor. And we want to continue to rent without issue.
