Security Deposit Clause
A PHP 2,000.00 security deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is refundable after check-out, subject to the following:
Damages: Any property damage will be deducted from the deposit for repairs or replacement.
Bad Odors: Any unpleasant smells from food or pets will result in a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded post check out if no issues are found.
