Private newly renovated rustic & modern 3 BR, 1.5 bath log cabin built in the 1980's with logs from the yard. 34 acres of private trails to hike, bike, ATV/snowmobile, cross country ski, snowshoe, pick berries, & hunt the mixed woods, with a small pond and a creek out back. Kitty corner to ATV trails. Area has fishing lakes/rivers, waterfalls, ski, whitewater raft & tube/canoe access within 30 mins. Full kitchen, BBQ grill, & campfire. 2 restaurants within 1/2 mile. WI lodging licensed

The space
Traditional log cabin comfort with modern appliances, cookware, crockpots, and a full sized double-sink kitchen to entertain. USB outlet and chargers for your electronics. Wi-fi DSL access and a cell phone tower 1/2 mile away. If you want to unplug for the weekend, we can block your family from the Wi-fi ;) Forest views out every window and if you chose to stay on a Tuesday, a train will likely pass by twice. The bedrooms are all upstairs and have blackout curtains/blinds. Box fans are in each bedroom. If you keep the windows open at night in the summer you can hear the local wildlife.

Guest access
After booking we will program the deadbolt with the 4-6 digit code of your choice. Plenty of parking for your vehicles, trailers, and toys.

Other things to note
The Marinette County ATV/UTV trail is less than 100 yards from the driveway via County approved access on County O. Lettered county roads are open 365 days a year. Snowmobile trails are also within 100 yards, with no date restrictions.
If you are bringing small children, we can provide a child picnic table, playpen, high chair, booster chair, & additional toys. These are typically stored elsewhere.
You can help yourself to the apples, berries, herbs, onions, rhubarb, asparagus, mushrooms...... whenever they are in season. Know what you are picking before you eat it.
