📌 We don't have reserved parking slots for the guests but there is a nearest paid parking lot at the sides of the buildings.

During your stay
📌 Please respect check-in and check-out hours.
📌 2 guests are allowed with P200 fee if there's additional guest (max. of 4 pax)
- once booking is confirmed, kindly send us valid ID's of everyone staying in the unit before the date of arrival for us to secure Visitors Authorization Form that will be needed to present at the security personnel upon check in and as needed.
📌 All items inside the unit cannot be taken home. Any lost and damages items shall be paid by the guest covering the repair costs.
📌 Unit owner is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings of the guest during their stay in the unit or in the vicinity.
