Your private backyard is your own resort, featuring a heated pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, covered patio, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax under the Arizona sun. Cool off by day and enjoy unforgettable desert evenings.

This beautifully curated 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa was designed for comfort, style, and fun. Sleeping up to 16 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, and spring training fans looking to enjoy Arizona sunshine together. Thoughtfully styled spaces provide a balance of private retreats and inviting gathering areas where memories are made.

Upstairs you’ll find six bedrooms, including the spacious primary suite. Each room has been carefully arranged to maximize comfort and flexibility for families and groups.
• Primary Suite: King bed, en suite bath with double vanity & walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds + game console
• Bedroom 5: King bed with dedicated workspace (desk, chair & printer)
• Bedroom 6: Queen bed (downstairs)
• Additional Sleeping Options: Two Twin XL air mattresses are available to comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
• Two additional bathrooms upstairs provide convenience for larger groups—one with a shower/tub combo and another with a walk-in shower. A half bath is located on the main level.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all amenities, both indoor and outdoor. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, six bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy the heated pool (Oct–May), hot tub, private putting green, ping pong table, hanging chair, yard games, firepit with seating, and covered lanai with dining for 8. The BBQ grill and indoor game area with a pool table are also yours to use.

• The home features keyless entry for a smooth self-check-in, day or night.
• We’ll provide detailed arrival instructions before your stay.
⚙️ Pool Equipment
• Please do not remove or tamper with the pool equipment, as this may cause damage and prevent the pool from staying clean during your stay.
🚗 Parking
• 1 vehicle may park in the garage (note: water heater placement may limit space for longer vehicles).
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
🔒 Safety & Security
• Exterior cameras are located at the front door (covering the porch), garage (covering the driveway), near the pool equipment (covering part of the pool and fire pit), and by the garage back door (covering part of the hot tub). These cameras are motion and audio-activated and used for guest safety only.
• A Minut noise detection device is installed on the lanai/outside (monitors decibel levels only; does not record).
• There are no interior cameras on the property or in any private spaces.
There are no shared spaces — you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy Waypoint Mesa.
