Welcome to Waylon’s — We are a small family business. Our space is a cozy, sustainable, & thoughtfully designed boutique stay + Pet-Friendly!

Our whole house has been newly renovated and has brand-new bedding: soft cotton linens, fresh down blankets, & plush pillows. This 2000 sqft home includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, stocked kitchen, equipped laundry, and fenced backyard + New Appliances!

5 minutes from TU, Expo, Downtown, Cherry Street, Airport, and more!

The space
Waylon’s — Named after our adventurous Weimaraner, offers a cozier, more thoughtful kind of stay + rooted in sustainability. Almost everything you’ll see has been thrifted, repurposed, or thoughtfully sourced. Every object has a story, and together they create an atmosphere that’s warm, grounded, and human. It’s a place that respects the planet as much as the people who pass through it.

Waylon’s isn’t your typical Airbnb. It's a boutique and modern stay. We've separated the home into 3 unique suites with door codes, so you can accommodate everyone and have privacy! Whether you’re here to explore the area, reconnect with family/friends, work, or simply rest, Waylon’s is made to be the comfy place to come back to. We hope you feel the care in every corner.

No unregistered guests allowed. No mail.

Note: We’re a small, family-run spot — We are in the studio at the back of the property. You’ll probably see Waylon in her pearl collars. She is the boss around these parts, so she may offer you a tour of the property. If she does, she may ask for a treat for her efforts :)
