The space
From seamless self-check in, as you enter the cottage, there you'll see a peek of the unobstructed view of Chemong Lake through the backyard doors.
As you find yourself exploring in the living room, turn on the fireplace, connect to our WiFi, jam to the music, or stream your favourite shows with friends and family. Build with Lego blocks with the kids, get competitive with the ping pong table, take turns reading with your little ones, get strategic in winning connect four, who's gonna knock down the block on Jenga?! And form some words together with Scrabble, just to name a few... In each of these activities you'll share laughter and comfort along with the quality time spent while also overlooking the lake from the living room window of course!
You'll find our full modern kitchen furnished with the cooking basics, utensils, dishware, and along with the stainless steel appliances. Open concept to the dinning area. Fridge contains ice machine located in the freezer. And as for our coffee enthusiast, utilize our duo Keurig single and carafe coffee maker!
Two bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main floor. Beddings in each room are all available at your disposal. Yes, the view of the waterfront, sunrise and sunset sells itself. You also never have to worry about washroom arrangements, as there are 3 in this property, including the in-law suite located in the primary suite (third bedroom) on the second level. Bathroom essentials are provided including shampoo, soap, and conditioner.
As you take a stroll outside on the backyard, don’t miss out on the sunrise (if you’re an early riser) and sunset. BBQ outdoors and lounge on the conversational patio set. And as for the lake, it is literally 30 seconds walking distance. So take advantage and go for a swim, fishing, or boating. You have access to other lakes through the locks. Be adventurous and explore! Located to your right is our private dock and the shed which you have access to; outdoor activities including badminton, soccer, and volleyball. Gather around the firepit and roast some marshmallows with your loved ones. It’s home away from home!

Waterfront Sunset Oasis Rules
1. Please ensure store the canoe upside down near the shed and all other outdoor activities after use of your stay (located in the shed by the dock).
2. Fur friends are welcome. Please directly contact the host regarding your pet. You are solely responsible for your pet; please ensure he/she does not damage any of the furniture. Be mindful of the neighbours and pick up after your pet. Please keep your pet on leash at all times.
*NOTE: There is a pet fee of $100.00.
3. Be mindful and respect all the neighbours and their property. Please DO NOT trespass.
4. No excess noise or loud music. Please keep noise at a minimum level after 10 pm.
5. NO partying allowed.
6. Please put back all the outdoor furniture in their original spot if they are moved.
7. NO smoking inside the property. If you are smoking outside, butts and packs must be disposed of. Otherwise there will be an extra cleaning fee of $150.00 if they are left on the ground.
8. In the event of rainy weather, please store the furniture cushions inside.
9. Please ensure to use ONLY the clear bags, as provided for the garbage and recycling. Black garbage bags are not permitted. You are responsible for your garbage after your stay and you must take it with you.
*NOTE: If your garbage is left, there will be a fee of $150.00.
10. Utilize the canoe at your own risk. Please use life vests provided or bring your own.
11. Children MUST be accompanied by adult(s) near the dock and the lake at any given time.
12. Any used towels must be placed in the laundry basket after your stay (located in bedrooms).
13. Any remaining dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and run the appliance after your stay.
14. Do not exceed maximum guest capacity (please inform the host ahead of time for confirmation prior to booking). There is a fee of $100.00/night per guest after 8 guests.
15. If any guest(s) take any dishes, cutleries, and/or glass outside, please ensure to take it back inside.
16. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner.
17. Please clean the BBQ grill after use (BBQ propane is provided).
18. Please store back any leftover firewood at the side of the property.
19. Please ensure all windows, backyard door, and front door are locked when leaving.
20. Fire pit must be attended at all times and please ensure it is fully extinguished once you are done.
*NOTE: you are responsible to bring your own Firewood.
21. If something is damaged or it does not work, please text the host and inform us right away so we can better assist you.
22. Please be mindful: There are 3 cameras located outside of the property for security purpose. Cameras only record videos, no audio recording.
23. Please DO NOT flush any sanitary products, paper towels, and wipes. TOILET PAPER ONLY!
24. Check in is 3 pm, Check out is 11 am! NOTE: There will be a fee of $50.00 in the event guests check in early or later than the time referred above!
Note: Failure to adhere to the rules will result in deductions from security deposit and/or other penalties.
