The space
5 Third Avenue Guesthouse has 8 private pool-facing suites and provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden, and barbecue facilities. The guest house features double rooms and a family room facing the pool. We also offer self-catering facilities. Our suites have a double and single bed as well as a desk unit for those that want to work in preference to relaxing. We are a smoke-free establishment. Please note that breakfast can be arranged by prior arrangement.

At the guest house, each room has a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and Shower, bed linen, towels, and a terrace with a pool view. There is 74 cm TV,s in each room and fully equipped with an IPTV Global package with over 26K Live Channels, 27K Movies, and 5K TV shows. All suites come with a fully equipped kitchen and a ceiling fan. Free WiFi is available to all guests.
