Solar power:

I participated in the Zuestoll solar community and receive 2680 KW of electricity per year from the solar system. By staying in the apartment, you are participating in sustainability.

Final cleaning:

If the kitchen is tidied up and the apartment is left 'swept clean,' following the instructions in the guide, we both have no problem.

Otherwise, the Mami cleaning service will be charged after check-out.

Taxes:

According to the visitor's tax regulations, each person must pay CHF 3.40 per night. This tax is charged per guest and is included in bookings from July 2025. Bookings before July 2025 will be charged the tax.
