The small, lovingly furnished apartment with 25 square meters is located in the hills above Velden am Wörthersee. The town center of Velden and the lake can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The natural location between Forstsee and Saissersee is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The Roman Gorge is just 50 meters from the house. A stage of the Alps-Adriatic Trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The accommodation consists of a room with kitchenette and shower room. It is located on the upper floor and has a private covered terrace. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV. A car parking space is right in front of the house. The garden can also be used. The covered terrace serves as a private retreat.
