"Welcome to a truly unique getaway!
Our cosy cabin is set in a stunning garden with incredible views. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.
The cabin is perfectly set up with a covered outdoor kitchenette and a separate bathroom cabin with a fantastic shower. The new pulldown blinds create a lovely sheltered outdoor space for you to relax and soak up the views, all while listening to the sweet sounds of native birdsong.
Enjoy a peaceful continental breakfast each morning, with delicious free-range eggs fresh from our chickens.
We invite you to explore our gardens and help yourself to any seasonal fruit you find. As a working lifestyle block, you might even see our llamas, who love to come visit and put on a show with their famous dust baths right below the cabin!
Conveniently located, we're just a 10-minute drive to Ohope Beach, 15 minutes to Opotiki, 20 minutes to Whakatane, and a pleasant 1.5-hour drive to Tauranga and Rotorua."

*Shared Driveway
Please note that we have a shared one-way driveway with four other properties. Cars coming down the driveway have the right of way.

*Safe and Secure Parking
As you drive onto our property, take a sharp right and park next to the fire pit. Please park between the orange cones on the grass is fine
For night arrivals, solar lights will guide your way to the cabin.

*Screens and Weather Protection
We have new roll-up screens in front of the cabin for your privacy and protection from the wind and rain. Please note that in heavy rain, some water may come through.
Important: If winds or gusts reach 50km/hr, please roll up the screens to prevent damage.
*Storing Your Items
Please store your belongings and other items inside the main cabin to keep them dry if the blinds need to be lifted

I have lived in the Bay Of Plenty most of my life and love the close proximity to lots of activities including Boat trips to Whale Island, kayaking in the Ohiwa Harbour, the many walks and the close Cycle Track in Opotiki. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about the area and my Lifestyle block along with our 2 resident llamas, chickens and our large friendly cats.
