✅Cleaning Service: Our place is well maintained by standard cleaning from our cleaners. Request for additional cleaning during stay may apply a fee of P800.


❌Drying clothes on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in penalties issued by the building management, which guests will be responsible to settle.

✅We conduct monthly pest control and regular maintenance to ensure cleanliness and comfort. However, due to the building structure and environmental factors, occasional pests may still appear. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🤗
