Our apartment is located in a gated community in the Cascatinha neighborhood, one of the quietest in our city. With 2 bedrooms and up to 4 guests, the apartment is 5 minutes from the gastronomic center of the Cônego neighborhood. In the same neighborhood are located a market and pharmacy. Distance to the center is 6.3 km

(Cleaning)
We value organization and cleanliness, which is why the entire environment is thoroughly sanitized. The space has a 2-day interval between each guest. All bed linens are washed in hot water and we use Ultra Violet cleaning technology to clean beds, sofas and cushions to remove mites. We also put a sanitizing mat at the entrance. 70% alcohol is also available for cleaning.
(Washing machine): Free use for stays over 7 days.
