Minutes from the Yosemite Park entrance and downtown Mariposa, this charming, vintage home is encompassed among 7 acres of enchanting Sangiovese and Cabernet grapevines with vineyard views. Secluded in the beautiful foothills of Yosemite, you’ll find a peaceful stay with easy access to Highway 140 into the park. Along with the property's charm and prime location, we provide personalized hospitality. Expect attentive support, clear communication and a warm welcome that makes your stay effortless.

The space
Our large home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
First bedroom along the hallway (bedroom 3) has a set of full size bunk beds with additional twin trundle.

Second bedroom along hallway (bedroom 2) has one king size bed.

Last bedroom at the end of the hallway (bedroom 1) is the master with en-suite, which consists of one king size bed and chaise lounges to enjoy vineyard views.

* We also have another 2 bedroom 1 bath house available on the property. Ask us about renting both houses if you need extra space!

Guest access
Entire home is exclusive to renter.

Note- there are two other homes on the property, one is a small Airbnb cottage and the other is the caretakers home.

Note- the pool is not available to guests and is unsafe to use at this time. Please refrain from accessing the pool area.

Other things to note
We are approximately one hour to Yosemite Valley and 30 minutes to the Arch Rock entrance along the scenic all weather highway 140.

Historic Downtown Mariposa is a 5 minute drive with access to local restaurants and boutique shops.

There are two thermostats- one in main entryway near front door, the other is in the master bedroom.

Bluetooth controlled speakers throughout the house and deck.

Portable infant crib and bedding located in master closet.

Our property is located in a beautiful rural setting near Yosemite, where deer, birds, and the occasional wild animal may be seen. Encounters are rare, but guests should be aware of their surroundings and follow normal outdoor caution. This is a natural part of staying in the Sierra foothills, and most guests love the experience.

We currently have sheep grazing the grass in the vineyard for the spring. Please be aware that we have an electric fence alongside the driveway to keep them in- so please keep children away from the fence. Please expect the sheep caretakers to come care for the livestock on random days.

We do not have a functioning bbq at this time!
