The space
Are you looking for fun, cultural, relaxing holidays or a professional break? So you've found the place for you, at least I hope so. Integrated in the most atypical street of Mamers, the house adjoins Château BELMAR and its vineyard park from where you will appreciate the view and the tranquility from the two floors of the house. On the street side, the double glazing will protect you from possible noise pollution without depriving you of a view of the roofs and of the Notre Dame church. The house having unconventional measurements, it was necessary to adapt custom furniture and thus the recycling of pallet wood was the chosen option. This ecocytoyenne approach has therefore allowed me to give free rein to my desires.
You will find on the different floors of the house a rather rock n roll and street art decoration.

We provide bathroom and bed linen: towels, washcloths, tea towels, fitted sheets, duvets and duvet covers, pillows and earcases.
When you arrive the beds will be made, all you have to do is sleep there peacefully.
If necessary you will find a vacuum cleaner under the stairs and household items next to the fridge and under the sink.
on request (free): baby cot with 60X120 mattress without mattress, baby potty, toilet reducer, high chair, baby crockery. We do not provide the sheets for the cot, sleeping bags and the bumper.

In the event that I am unable to welcome you, a key box will allow you to collect the keys, three in number. The box is located under the letterbox. I'll give you the code before you arrive.
Collection of keys and access to accommodation Under the letterbox is a secure key box which will allow you to recover the keys to the house. For you the code will be ______. (You will put the keys back in this box when you leave). Lower the small black flag which will give you access to the code. Move the numbers then press the small black tab down. Collect the keys, close the valve and then roll the dials of the numbers at random. Finally raise the cover. When you leave, repeat the same procedure, remembering to roll the number knobs once the keys are back in place to prevent a third party from grabbing them. Never attempt to change the code or force the safe.
