The villa in the center of the seaside resort of Zinnowitz is located in a quiet, very well-kept cul-de-sac. The nearest restaurants and shops are less than a 5-minute walk away. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk. With the two bicycles available to our guests, you can reach the beach in 3 minutes.

The space
Our apartment is located in a villa of classic spa architecture.
In front of the living room there is a small balcony and behind the house there is a large furnished terrace. In an annex there are two new bicycles and a handcart, which can be used free of charge.
Wi-Fi and TV are available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, various coffee machines, toaster and fridge/freezer.
For children, a high chair, a cot, toys, a potty and a step stool are available.
A package of towels and bed linen can be added for €25 per person. (This price is charged by the cleaning company)
