What you can expect:
🏡Accommodation: This is a two story 1 bedroom/1 bath villa. It is one of three private villas located on the 2 acre property, you will have complete privacy inside your villa and private deck space. Check out our profile to rent out the other villas individually or all together as a package.
✨Amenities: Air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans throughout. The living room has a full-size futon. Smart TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and relax on the large ocean-view terrace featuring a hammock, lounge chairs and a dining table for four, perfect for morning coffee or peaceful dinners with a view.
‼️NOTE: The bedroom is on the second floor, and the bathroom is on the first floor.
💻Work & Relax: Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a spacious desk with ocean views for remote work.
🚗Transportation: Renting a car is highly recommended for easy access to beaches and exploring the island. It’s a 15-minute drive to BQN Airport and 1.5 hours to SJU Airport.
🏝️Nearby Attractions: Centrally located near beaches, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. Try local treats like "alcapurrias" and "seafood turnovers" at Villa Pesquera.
🏇🏻🏄🚴🏽♂️: Horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, biking, and more are nearby.
🏖️ Beach Access: Nearest beach is a 5-minute drive. ‼️Not walking distance to the beach.

Please note that you'll be immersed in a beautiful lush tropical environment. While we regularly service and maintain the villa, occasional insects may make their way indoors, especially if doors or windows are left open. For your comfort, bug spray and mosquito repellent are provided.
You may also encounter local wildlife outdoors in the surrounding green areas, such as iguanas, snakes, birds, frogs, and occasionally other tropical creatures native to the island.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these natural tropical conditions. Refunds will not be issued for sightings or encounters related to the surrounding environment and wildlife.
