The space
Built in 1975 with a “postmodern” architectural style, it is immersed in the nature of the first Pesaro hills and contains original pieces of furniture from the period.
Very close to the sea, which you can see from the property, 1 km from the village of Novilara and just 5 minutes from the historic center of Pesaro.
The structure built on a single level has an imposing and elegant entrance that opens directly to the large living room characterized by large windows that directly overlook the wonderful veranda, where there is the ideal space to eat outdoors enjoying the shade and the sea breeze admiring the beautiful Marche hills.
From the large living room, divided into a TV area and a dining area, you can reach a fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories.
Next to the kitchen is the half bathroom and a laundry room.
The villa offers a total of six beds divided into three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, ideal for those who want to spend a group vacation but without sacrificing privacy.
In the fenced park for exclusive use, in addition to the 12-meter by 6-meter swimming pool (minimum height 90 and maximum 220), there is a sunbathing area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, and you can also find different types of fruit trees that, depending on the season, offer guests their delicacies.
