All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own beautiful ocean or mountain view. Downstairs, the spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen open onto a spectacular terrace overlooking the Caribbean. Step outside to your private infinity pool and enjoy the feeling of being completely immersed in nature.
The villa combines natural textures, dark wood, handcrafted furnishings and contemporary design to create a relaxed, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the beauty of Las Terrenas.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all 3 bedrooms, the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace, private infinity pool and jacuzzi. The villa and outdoor areas are entirely yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces with other guests.
Other things to note
Our wonderful housekeeper, Albania, is also a fantastic cook specializing in delicious local Dominican dishes. She will be happy to prepare a homemade meal for you for a fee of USD 35 per meal. The cost of ingredients is not included.
We are located in a private, gated community, just minutes from beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and local shops. This allows you to enjoy the peace and privacy of Villa Solymar while being close to everything Las Terrenas has to offer.

The location of the villa is so unique that will give you the feeling of being completely away from the rest of the world,surrounded from vegetation and immerse in nature with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view. But at the same time you are 5 minutes away from restaurants,supermarkets and obviously the best beaches in Dominican Republic!

Hello,my name is Sandra , I m originally from Italy but I have been living abroad from year 2000! Together with my husband Bienvenido who was born in Dominican Republic but raised between Venezuela and USA , built and own Villa Solymar . We love to travel, it is our passion, either for work or pleasure. I love animals, I love to read , stay home surrounded by nature enjoing our amazing view while my husband loves to surf,ride motorbike,cars and be active.
We are not party animals but we do love to go out at least a couple of day per week to dance , my husband is a great bachata and merengue dancer! We are very active in our community and very well known. We are away for work most of the year but we love to come back to our paradise! We built our house with lots of love and we love to share it with our guests. We do use airbnb when we travel and every time we come back with new idea to improve our guest's stay.
