The space
Villa Solymar has incredible location that will make you feel like you are away from the rest of the world surrounded by lush vegetation.....but in reality you are only few minutes away from amazing beaches, best restaurants , bar and nightlife!
Nestled at hill top, Villa Solymar welcomes its guest with fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding jungle!
The interior of the villa, with slate floors, dark wood stairs and doors, coupled with natural hues and colors, afford a calm and grounded sense as framed by contemporary surroundings. Hand crafted, custom furnishing and artworks are mix together ...the result is a blend of casual elegance and comfortable luxury. All 3 bedrooms enjoy a wonderful ocean or mountain view and are all located on the upper floor. On lower floor there is a large contemporary living room with a sofa bed , a dining table and a huge and modern state of the art kitchen with one of the most impressive view! A huge terrace and an infinity pool complete this floor

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire villa. The rental price includes a cleaning lady service from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm ( time can be adjusted based on your needs ) and a property management on site 24H in case of an emergency.
The electricity is not included and it will be charged based on use at check out.
The electrical meter number will be taken at check in and again at check out to see the kilowatt used.

Other things to note
Our incredible house lady , Albania , is a great cook for local dishes and she will be happy to cook for you for a fee of USD 35 per meal ( cost of ingredients are not included )
We are located in a private and gated community , just minutes from incredible beaches, restaurants and local stores.

Hello,my name is Sandra , I m originally from Italy but I have been living abroad from year 2000! Together with my husband Bienvenido who was born in Dominican Republic but raised between Venezuela and USA , built and own Villa Solymar . We love to travel, it is our passion, either for work or pleasure. I love animals, I love to read , stay home surrounded by nature enjoing our amazing view while my husband loves to surf,ride motorbike,cars and be active. We are not party animals but we do love to go out at least a couple of day per week to dance , my husband is a great bachata and merengue dancer! We are very active in our community and very well known. We are away for work most of the year but we love to come back to our paradise! We built our house with lots of love and we love to share it with our guests. We do use airbnb when we travel and every time we come back with new idea to improve our guest's stay.
