We ask guests to give at least 6 hours’ notice (or by previous night for breakfast). Meals are chargeable, and guests are encouraged to provide groceries in advance.

Enjoy complete access to the villa—from the private pool and spacious living areas to the comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and peaceful terrace. Need the study room? Simply request access; please note the CCTV (in study area) remains in place for your safety and our security.
For your well-being, if you use the pool late at night, kindly ensure the doors are closed afterward. We appreciate your help in keeping our home safe for all guests.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES
- A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is collected at check-in. It will be returned within 48 hours after the caretaker inspects the villa at checkout.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- 🚭 Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Designated smoking areas are available by the pool and on the balcony. A fine of ₹5,500 will apply for indoor smoking.
- Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out (subject to availability): ₹2,000/hr until 4 PM
• After 4 PM, a full night’s tariff applies. If another guest is checking in, we may require vacating within 15 minutes.
- Guest Belongings
Please lock doors when stepping out. The villa is secure, but management is not liable for misplaced or lost items.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.
- BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
-Damages & Lost Keys
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Lost keys are charged at ₹1,000. Kindly report any issues before checkout.
-Conduct
We ask all guests to behave responsibly and respectfully.
Prohibited:
• Stag/party groups
• Loud music after 10 PM
• Smoking indoors
• Pungent food, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks
• Moving furniture or eating in bedrooms
Please use coasters, dispose of trash properly, and maintain quiet hours (10 PM–9 AM). Management reserves the right to request guests vacate the property for rule violations.
- We have a dedicated caretaker at Villa Solace to ensure everything runs smoothly. He’s available from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, with his quarters on the third floor (access via a common passage). He’s discreet yet always ready to help when needed. Please note that staff will only enter the villa when requested or to perform essential duties. We kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy to him as he does to you.
- For your safety and peace of mind, we’ve installed three discreet cameras in non-private areas only. One monitors arrivals at the entrance, another secures our curated collection in the study (locked unless requested), and a third oversees the service area(shaft). These are solely for security purposes, so you can relax knowing you're well protected.
