This romantic, welcoming and newly built villa, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea which is just at a walking distance from the house. The unique panorama embraces the Bay of Cala Bianca and extends as far as San Vito Lo Capo. The villa is particular for the presence of boulders which form a sort of cliff of rare beauty, among wild and enchanting Mediterranean scrub. Close to the historic village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The space
The villa, with a roof with typical Sicilian tiles and a highly effective thermal insulation system, overlooks a large lawn. The wooden solarium area is equipped with a hydromassage mini-pool with integrated Blutooth audio system from which you can fully benefit from the exceptional sea view. The outdoor spaces are equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a cooking area with gas barbecue. The covered, handcrafted wooden veranda faces the sea and is also equipped with a table and chairs.
The house is entirely arranged on the ground floor. It is equipped with two finely furnished double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. The high quality of the Italian-made mattresses should be underlined. Served by two bathrooms with resin floors, equipped with large wall showers. In one of the bathrooms, recycled local "cementine" tiles (vintage tile in vogue between 1920 and 1960) patiently collected by the owner over the years are used as cladding for the shower walls. The open space kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. The presence of a kitchen with island allows for a pleasant breakfast with a sea view through the large window in the living room.
The furnishings are largely made by local artisans with high quality elements, revisiting recycled materials from farmhouses in the area. The result is of fine aesthetic taste like the living room lamps made personally by the owner using work tools from Sicilian farmers. The same goes for wardrobe doors made from old planks. The high-end Daikin air conditioning system allows comfortable use in all seasons. The private parking can accommodate up to three cars.

Mini-pool dimensions: 4.30 m x 2.20 m
The mini-pool is equipped with 4 seats with hydromassage nozzles at various speeds with 33 water jets and 16 air jets, Bluetooth audio system with integrated speakers, chromotherapy. The pool can be heated by increasing the water temperature up to 36° C. However, this takes several hours.
The mini-pool heating service is only on request, for a minimum of 3 consecutive days, and an additional cost of €30 per day.
