The space
The villa is located in the countryside, in a peaceful village setting, surrounded by fields and a lake.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking utensils, dishes, spices, coffee, tea. Appliances like a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker.

- Bedroom2: a single bed that can be made into a double bed, an adjustable desk, and a desk chair
- Loft: 2 thick mattresses
- Wood-burning sauna and two rainwater showers in the bathroom + shampoo and conditioner.

There is a rowing boat on the beach for guests to use.
There is a dock on the beach of the villa. The dock bridge is steep, so be careful. By the dock, the water is shallow, so please do not jump in the water head first. On the adjacent property is the municipality's beach, which is also suitable for children, a shallow sandy beach.
The lake is shallow throughout. During the summer, blue-green algae may form in the lake from time to time. Blue-green algae is formed especially during very warm summer days.
Notice to visitors: This year (2026), the lake water level is exceptionally low.
In the winter, there is an opportunity to visit the villa's beach. The opening pump keeps the opening open all winter.

Guest access
The entire villa is available for guests. Everything you need can be found in the villa. Access to the apartment is only for you and your pre-announced travel companions.
The villa offers comfortable conditions for relaxation and refreshment. The wonderful sauna is a great experience. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy the lake view.

Other things to note
The nearest village shop is 1 km away. The center of the municipality is about 5 kilometers away, where there are shops and other services.
Pets are not allowed in principle, but can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
The villa is not rented for party purposes.
Smoking is strictly prohibited!
Indoors, shoes should be left in the hallway. No shoes of any kind are allowed indoors.
Beach
The villa's own beach has been dredged to become steeply deep. Children must be kept a close eye on at the beach!
