Perfect holiday destination for big families or couples who want their privacy, but still stay close to all city attractions. This 300 square meters modern villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms offers you lots of space to entertain. The house is situated in urban area surrounded with family houses with an easy reach to city center, beaches, shopping malls or highway. You can enjoy the pool or barbecue, while little ones jump on the trampoline. Each room comes with its own TV and air condition.

The space
If you want to have your own piece of paradise, but still stay close to city vibe, Villa Nea is a place for you. Spacious villa with an outdoor pool is situated in the part of Pula called Valdebek which is just in the middle if you decide to reach city center, beaches or shopping malls. Everything is just 5 minutes drive. There are restaurants nearby, the closest market is 100 m away, the closest beach 2,7 km but the itself is just 1 km away. Roman amphitheater is 5 km away.

Our guests can enjoy private 30 square meters outdoor pool, outdoor space with dining table and barbecue in the backyard. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with its own private bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms with 2 separated bathrooms. Ground floor contains of a large living room with TV, kitchen, dining room, laundry room with washing and drying maschine, one master bedroom and a bathroom.
The house is bright and sunny because of the huge balcony glass walls.
Upstairs there is a hall, one big bathroom with double sink and hydro massage bath, 4 bedrooms of which 2 come with its own bathrooms. There are 2 terraces on the first floor.
Every bedroom comes with its own TV and air condition.
There is also an annex in the backyard with table soccer, darts and few simple exercise equipment.

Other things to note
Security deposit of 600 euros in cash is required upon arrival.
House is not suitable for youth groups.

This is an urban neighborhood with family houses, small markets and few restaurants. There is also a forest nearby for nice walks. Beaches are 5 minutes drive. By car it is very easy to reach everything you might need during your stay. It is near all popular tourist destinations. A large playground for little children,but also for bigger ones with football and basketball field is 10 minutes by foot.
