The Villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms that have 3 double deck double sized beds with double sized pull outs in the 1st room and a masters bedroom that has a Queen sized bed with double sized pull out accommodating up to 22 guests. Masters Bedroom have a toilet and hot & cold shower, there is also a toilet and shower outside.

Guest Access.
The entire villa is all for you to enjoy. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals.

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We strictly enforce this as we need to properly clean and sanitize the villa after each use for the cleanliness and safety of each group.

Aside from our features and Amenities, we also provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap.

Other things to note
Please treat our villa with the same respect as you would treat your home. This is a villa and not a hotel, there will be no room service, clean up rooms in between your stay. Also please clean after yourself. (You can request a house keeper for your stay, extra charge)

Jacuzzi Time is 7pm to 9pm only. We will start the heater at 4pm to 7pm, it will take 2-3hours for the Jacuzzi Pool to get warm.

Please turn off the AC when no one is inside the bedrooms to help us conserve energy.
