Soft light spills through floor-to-ceiling glass doors as the pool shimmers just beyond the living area. Mornings begin with coffee at the dining table overlooking the courtyard, while evenings settle into quiet conversations on the sunken sofa with warm ambient lighting throughout the villa. Tucked into a peaceful residential pocket between Umalas and Kerobokan, the space offers an easy rhythm for slow Bali days - close to cafés, beach clubs, fitness studios, and restaurants, yet comfortably removed from the busiest streets.
Living spaces
The villa is designed on a single level with an open layout connecting the living room, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and create an easy flow between indoors and the private outdoor pool. The living area features a TV, books and reading material, a yoga mat, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door for guests balancing travel and remote work.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
Three bedrooms each include a king bed, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe. Warm lighting and natural textures create a calm atmosphere throughout the rooms, with views toward the pool and garden areas from several spaces.
The villa includes 3.5 baths, each designed with spacious layouts and bathroom essentials. Bathtubs, outdoor showers, hot water, and garden-facing details create a spa-like atmosphere that fits the relaxed pace of the villa.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re making breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a quiet dinner in. Guests have access to a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, hot water kettle, cooking basics, and a dining table suited for shared meals and long conversations.
Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool sits at the center of the villa, framed by tropical greenery, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. The courtyard-style layout allows easy access between the bedrooms and common spaces, creating a setting that feels open, breezy, and connected throughout the day.
Family-friendly touches including a paid crib available upon request, paid standalone high chair available upon request, baby bath available upon request, children’s dinnerware, board games, and children’s books and toys for ages 2-5 years old make the villa well suited for longer stays with family.
Neighborhood
Located on the Umalas and Kerobokan border, the villa provides convenient access to Seminyak while maintaining a quieter residential atmosphere. Popular restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, spas, and fitness studios are all within a short scooter or ride-hailing trip. Gojek and Grab work well in the area, and free parking garage on premises is available for guests arriving by car or scooter.
Additional amenities include Wifi, self check-in with lockbox, luggage dropoff allowed, housekeeping available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM every day, and pet-friendly accommodations. Long term stays allowed.

Easy access, entrance is from a private alley which is absolutely big even for a minibus.
We have our private covered garage for 1 car. Please note that we have only one car parking space.

Please note that parties and events are not allowed, we respect our neighbors and I would like to ask you to do the same. :-) Be quiet and keep the volume down between 10pm-10am.
Bali has an active nature and all the villas are open air. Please note that mosquitos, insects and lizards are common in Bali and there is nothing to do against it.
We have a super easy self check-in process so you can come anytime even after midnight. We are always available if you need anything or have any questions. We try our best to make the most out of your stay with daily cleaning, special offers and recommendations, 7/24 availability.
The pool size is 7*3 meters.
The air mattress is an additional bed for reservations over 6 pax. If you book for more than 6 pax we automatically provide the air mattress as extra bed, if you book for 6 pax or less the extra mattress has an additional fee. If we mention extra bed we refer to the air mattress.
