Suggestive sea view enjoyable from this comfortable seaside villa, recently built, with attention to detail in the furnishings and services, immersed in a relaxing environment, in one of the most pristine areas of Western Sicily. The sea of Cala Bianca Bay is a few steps from the house. The villa is organized to enjoy the outdoor spaces, the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo and the islands of Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo can be reached in 40 minutes.
The space
The villa is surrounded by lawn. The mini-pool is equipped with 4 seats with hydromassage nozzles at various speeds with 33 water jets and 16 air jets, Bluetooth audio system with integrated speakers, chromotherapy. The pool can be heated by increasing the water temperature up to 36° C. However, this takes several hours.
The mini-pool heating service is only on request, for a minimum of 3 consecutive days, and an additional cost of €30 per day.
