Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool.
Enjoy WiFi, karaoke, TV, and use of the griller for outdoor cooking.
Secure parking is available, and pets are welcome. The villa is exclusively for your group — no shared spaces!
PLUS! Villa Grazzi has access to Terrazas de Punta Fuego beach 🏖

-Walking between the villa and the beach is strictly prohibited. 👣
-3 mins away from the villa via the provided shuttle
-Only vehicles with a valid village sticker are permitted for use within the village. Guests' vehicles without village stickers are not allowed.
-1 complimentary roundtrip via shuttle per 1-night booking
-Additional trips: 500/roundtrip.
Various water activities are available at the beach; however, pricing may vary, and we do not have specific details on the rates.

A. Villa Staff available until 9pm.
Reminder: Villa staff are hired for cleaning and do not stay on-site. They are not responsible for cooking, food handling, or purchasing items for guests. If assistance is needed, kindly compensate them accordingly and inquire about their rates. They are available until 9:00 PM only.
B. Check‑In Reminders:
1. Early check‑ins/late check‑outs only if available, ₱2,000/hour.
2. Refundable security deposit: ₱2,000 (overnight) or higher for events.
3. Pets: ₱500 deposit each. No pool/sofa use; diapers recommended. Violations ₱2,000/pet.
C. House Rules:
1. 10 towels and toiletries provided upon request. Bring your own if necessary.
2. Events have fees, please declare events.
3. No smoking inside the villa. Smoking area at the parking area.
4. Proper garbage disposal. Clean as you go.
5. One complimentary gallon of mineral water; additional gallons PHP 50 each.
6. Only registered guests are allowed.
7. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
8. Appliance Usage: Maintain AC at 20-23°C and turn off upon departure. Turn off AC and other electric appliances when going out.
9. Adhere to noise curfew at 10PM.
10. Follow check-in and check-out times.
11. Safeguard keys; lost keys incur a fee.
12. Handle furnishings with care; charges for damages.
13. No rearranging furniture.
14. Parking: Please do not leave any valuables or things inside the cars parked outside.
15. Food and coal are not provided. Grab services available. We recommend bringing groceries and/or takeout instead. Guests may use the kitchen. Small stores/markets are nearby. No corkage fee.
