This cozy remodeled cabin has a cabin vibe with modern amenities like an updated kitchen and bathroom. Great gated porch to keep little ones close while enjoying the peekaboo view of the lake, and fully fenced yard with a spa.

A quick walk to the village, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

10-15 minute walk to the lake, great sledding near by, and a short drive to the slopes to ski.

Your family will be close to everything while still enjoying nature when you stay at this central location.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom one bath cabin with a kitchen dining area and living room. The living room has a fire place, roku tv for streaming and a large window with a peekaboo view of the lake. Enjoy a comfortable queen size bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the other bed room.

This is a single-family residence that you will have private access to.

Other things to note
During snow there is only 1 parking spot available.

Normally there are 2 available you may park tandem on the left hand side, or park one car on the right and one on the left. The backyard is fully fenced for a bit of privacy and to give kids or a pet space to roam. The front porch is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a coffee it is covered and gated so it can be enjoyed year-round.

There is a charcoal grill, and charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased in town. Firewood is also not provided but can be purchased upon check-in.

The city of Big Bear Lake does have some good neighbor policies and you will receive an electronic form to sign and need to submit a drivers license before receiving your door code.

The city of Big Bear lake also requires guests to leave trash at one of the two clean bear sites.

2 dogs max, please bring a blanket for your pet if you think they may jump on furniture, please leave bedrooms doors closed, or pets crated if you leave them, please pick up poop in the back yard after your pet.

We love this location for its proximity to the village and lake without having to get kids in the car. The beauty of the mountains with a peekaboo view of the lake from the front porch with the ease of walking to the Village, lake, parkette and sledding in the winter.

Please be mindful of keeping noise to a minimum as this is a peaceful mountain setting, parties are not allowed.

It only took us one trip to Big Bear lake to walk around and dream about owning a cabin there. We love the quiet out doors and all the town has to offer every season. Happy to share our cozy cabins with guests who also want to relax for a week or weekend away. We strive to give you a beautiful stress free trip as your hosts and hope you will enjoy our vacation homes as much as we do. If we aren’t traveling to Big Bear Lake you can find us enjoying our kids soccer and baseball games. We also love trips to Hawaii, or our home states of Colorado and Arizona.
