In Villa Fager you have it all: parks, view of the sea and old town. It is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, morning sun in the back yard, evening sun on the terrace. Birds, hares and deer visit from the neighboring natural park. Walk 500m to the market square & pedestrian area, tennis and paddle courts. 3 public beaches within 1200m. The Aalto museum Villa Skeppet is next door.

The space
A fresh apartment renovated 2019-2020 with renewed bathroom and toilet. A spacious master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms with single beds. Well equipped kitchen, TV with Chromcast, laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer free at your disposal.

Easy to park. "Everything" within a walking distance. Two bikes are at your disposal.

Other things to note
Villa Skeppet, created by the famous architect Alvar Aalto and where the author Göran Schildt lived, is next door. It is open by appointment. The Helen Scherfbeck park is 200m away.

Within 1,2km you have 3 beaches.

The price is for 1-4 persons only. Case by case a fifth person can be accepted for 30€/night, settled at the beginning of the stay.

The video of the neighbor museum Villa Skeppet by Alvar Aalto shows very well also Villa Fager.

The whole neighborhood consists of one-family homes and is very peaceful. A natural park is 200m away, yet it is only 300-500m to the old town and market square. In front of the house you have the sea, but despite that only storms from west hits. On the terrace you have sunshine the whole afternoon and evening and a view over the old town.
