An enchanting oasis of peace, perfect for a family or friends' retreat!
Enjoy 3 Luxury bedrooms with en-suite baths and unwind at the private pool or in the garden (1300m²). Stay cool with full A/C and stay connected with fast Wi-Fi.
Protected in a private 24/7 guarded domain, just 10 mins from 3 golf courses and 20km from the airport and the Medina only 25 minutes away our Villa is looking forward to you.
The space
We'd be delighted to welcome you to Villa ESA, designed by Charles Boccara, the celebrated architect who helped shape modern Marrakech and whose work includes some of the city's finest houses and hotels, as well as its Théâtre Royal.
On the ground, Zineb, our housekeeper, looks after the house. She comes every morning to prepare your breakfast (included) and take care of the house. She also cooks your lunches and dinners if you choose half board or full board (at an extra cost, to be arranged in advance): generous, local home cooking. Zineb knows the house better than anyone, and she's the person to ask for anything day-to-day. Outside her hours, the villa is entirely yours.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge (please book before you arrive: it takes [X] days to bring the water up to temperature).
We're happy to arrange anything else you might need:
- Airport transfers and private driver
- Childcare
- Massages and spa treatments at the villa
- Excursions: Agafay desert, Ourika Valley, hot-air ballooning, Imlil and the Atlas, Essaouira
- Yoga classes, personal trainer
Just tell us what you'd enjoy and we'll organise it with people we know and trust.
Guest access
The villa is entirely yours: you'll be the only guests on the property, with full use of the grounds, the garden and the private pool.
Our housekeeper will be there to welcome you and hand over the keys on the day of your arrival. For late-evening or night arrivals, a self check-in option will be arranged for you.
2 Parking spaces are located right in front of the villa.
Other things to note
The villa is non-smoking but you can smoke in the outside area, ashtrays are available in the garden.
A gardener looks after the pool and the garden. He comes in the morning for maintenance and to water the plants, and usually leaves before midday. His hours may vary slightly from one day to the next.
Morocco has its own customs, and our guests generally appreciate knowing them before they arrive. During Ramadan (the month of fasting), out of respect for those observing it, alcohol should not be consumed in public, and it is customary to eat, drink and smoke discreetly, particularly outside tourist areas.
Also please be aware that by local rules it is not possible as a foreigner to bring single / unmarried Moroccan women with you to the villa if you are not married with them or if they are not accompanied by a legal representative.
