safety of our home, we have external security cameras on the entrance gate, front parking area and pool.

●The home does not include a laundry room, but a convenient laundromat is located just five minutes away for your use.

●Day time/Night time visitors are prohibited
(example: friends visits, family visits or any aditional visit besides the already registered guests)

●This is NOT a "Party House", you'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect
(parties, events or gatherings are prohibited)

●The kitchen does not have an oven.
(We are not responsible for expenses on food that needs to be prepared in the oven.)

weather, as well as flora and fauna. We do
our best efforts to protect the house from insects or lizards, but it's hard to guarantee you will not see them around the house (inside or outside).
