The villa is located in a green oasis a stone's throw from the ocean. The 3500m2 wooded park offers you a peaceful setting to unwind. The covered wooden deck houses a comfortable space with its outdoor lounge to enjoy a nice view of the park. A wooden driveway leads you under the centuries-old oaks, to the pool surrounded by exotic beds. Enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view.
Relax by the pool, lulled by the birdsong or gather your loved ones around the table under the pergola to share delicious grills (large table and electric plancha available).
If you're a fan of boules, come and test your talents on the large bocce court (a few balls available).
Regarding the 10x4m swimming pool, it is secured by an electric roller shutter is tempered from April and heated from May until the end of September.
