Villa De Palms is an architecturally designed northerly facing beachside duplex located 150 metres from beautiful palm beach. This private space includes an open floor concept, entertaining area including BBQ, day bed and plunge pool for all your entertaining needs. Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning units and designed to give the real beachside experience with interior of a nautical feel. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning in common area also.

Villa De Palms is a unique location. As you walk to the front door you are greeted by luscious greenery climbing the side walls, some would say similar to a Bali Villa. The entertaining area is perfect for families in the small court out on the back deck with a large umbrella to cover for shade.

Whether your planning a relaxing beach getaway or an activity filled holiday, Villa De Palms is in the heart of it all. With the main street of Palm Beach only walking distance full of your local cafes to exercise tracks and boutique shopping experiences down James street in well known Burleigh heads. For all your shopping needs Pacific Fair is located roughly 15 min away. All bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort.

Our duplex parking is the right side of the driveway only. For additional parking please use street parking which is mostly always available.

No parties, events, schoolies or noise complaints we have the right to contact air bnb and organise an eviction if guests do not comply. Please respect our close neighbours as they are both duplex’s and we have a conjoining wall. As noise is limited please respect our neighbours with your noise. Please leave furniture as you found it on arrival. An additional cost will be added for this otherwise. An additional cost per person will be added if more than the total number of guests (8 guests) is exceeded. $100 additionally will be deducted from guests who tamper with security and safety cameras on our property. These camera’s are located to ensure safety around the pool and entry of our property. No camera’s are focused on inside for privacy purposes. If the owner’s notice the camera’s have been turned off we will take action on this with air bnb. Finally please note: If any items are left behind the owners will charge a $100 fee to send item back to the guest as the owners dont reside at the air Bnb. Please check the air Bnb thoroughly before check out.
