The space

If you are looking to live a unique moment, quiet, our property is for you!
In order to avoid disturbances with the neighborhood and damage, festive events of all kinds are not accepted.
Note: the small "Condrysienne" house is included in each rental, so the total capacity is 14 people
This property, rented in its entirety for your utmost comfort, is composed of:
1) a villa (the "Villa Condry") of 170m² with 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people and with direct access to the pool,
2) A 40 m² detached house in the same courtyard (the “Condrysienne”) with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people in complete privacy,
3) an old barn with a beautiful new indoor pool (heated all year round to 29° C) accessible directly from the Villa or from the garden and with a pool area on the mezzanine,
4) A large, private, 4,700 m² green space with a spacious terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a dedicated area for children (playground, trampoline, zip line).

For "Villa Condry":
- On the ground floor you will find a large entrance with foosball giving access to the Villa as well as the pool, an extensive living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room,
- The seating area has a large flat screen TV as well as board games.
For the dining area, a large family table for 14 people is waiting for you for convivial meals.
- The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso and traditional coffee machine).
- The laundry room offers washing machines and dryer.
Upstairs you will find,
- A master suite with 1 bed 160x200 and private bathroom,
- One bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200,
- A bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed,
- A mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds,
- A large shower room,
- A landing with games, TV and extra sofa bed,
- A second landing with workspace (desk, screen, keypad and mouse available).
For the "Condrysienne" (air-conditioned):
On the ground floor you will find:
- a living space consisting of a seating area with a large flat screen TV and a dining area.
- a kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
- a shower room.
And upstairs:
- One bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
- A mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds.
Finally, the fully renovated barn, with large glass windows and with direct and secure access from Villa Condry, has a heated 7x4m swimming pool for magical moments all year round!
For your safety and comfort, the pool has an electric roller shutter.
Within the pool area you also have a beach, a bathroom with toilet and a beautiful mezzanine with pool table.
And because your comfort is our priority, sheets and towels are included.
Villa Condry and La Condrysienne have free access to very high speed internet.
