It is ideally located in the countryside at the gates of Champagne (20 minutes from the first cellars and 45 minutes from Epernay and its Avenue de Champagne), 30 minutes from Provins, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris, 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris.

If you are looking to experience a unique, quiet moment, our property is for you!
In order to avoid nuisance to the neighborhood and damage, festive events of all kinds are not allowed.
NB: the small "Condrysienne" house is included in each rental, the total capacity is therefore 14 people

This property, rented in its entirety for your comfort, is composed of:

1) a 170 m² villa (the "Villa Condry") with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people and with direct access to the pool,

2) an independent house (the "Condrysienne") of 40 m² with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people in total independence,

3) an old barn with a beautiful new indoor pool (heated all year round to 29°C) accessible directly from the Villa or from the garden and with a billiards area on the mezzanine,

4) a large green park of 4700 m² not overlooked with a large terrace and pétanque court, ping pong table and a dedicated area for children (playground, trampoline, zip line).
