The space
This house, which I bought fifteen years ago, dates from the mid-19th century. It has the charm of these old town center houses that house pretty gardens surrounded by stone walls.
Once your car is parked in the parking lot, you will be free to walk the pretty streets of Saintes on the banks of the Charente and its historical monuments: the Gallo-Roman Amphitheater, the thermal baths of St Saloine, the Church of St Eutrope and its crypt, St. Peter's Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe of Germanicus, the Theater, the Palace of Justice and the Abbey of the Ladies.
Guests can also enjoy the garden, have lunch on the terrace or relax indoors.
The house is equipped with good Wi-Fi, a TV, a stereo system and a library.

You will have 2 formulas to occupy the house:
1-either only the bottom with 2 bedrooms for 4 people, staircase blocked with a barrier, the price will be the one indicated by the platform
2-either to accommodate your teenager or several additional people or simply people who do not want to be 2 per bed, I can open 1 or 2 bedrooms upstairs with a supplement to be paid directly to me of €15 per room and per stay (linens provided, beds made)
1 person per upstairs bedroom because of low ceilings in places.
It will be more comfortable not to measure more than 1.80 m to stay upstairs :)

Other things to note
Parking on a city street is often complicated.
You will appreciate all the more our secure parking space located 50 m from the house with a remote control that I will give you on arrival: location number 4.
If you need to park a 2nd car, please let me know beforehand so I can find a solution.
If it is an exceptional size, it will have to be parked at Place Adolphe Brunaud, 300 m from the house.
Rue Adolphe Brunaud is a one-way street.
