Welcome to Praslin. The house is brand new licensed by health authorities tourism and liscensing with three bedrooms. Situated in the heart of the most beautiful part of Praslin at Anse Volbert beach within 5 minutes walk. 2 minutes walk to the closest shop. There is a shop, right on the family land. Experience a nice seychellois family life.

Booking can be for Either a Room for two and baby coat. (Parents with small children) or a Room for couple or single person.

Guest access
The guests can access bathroom, kitchen living room and veranda. They will not access the other bedrooms unless they are a group or family.

We Have aircon in this room. Free Wifi Money changer money changer, ATM machine and banks are available close to the Villa. Local money needed for local shops, souvenirs, take aways. A quiet and safe neighbourhood. Located in the most beautiful and touristic area on the island. You won't get this fee anywhere on the island for such a location with a 5km beach, 5 to 10minutes walk away.
There's a minimalist shop very close.
There's a gym very close.
The bus stop and restaurant are also about 5 to 10minutes walk.
I can make diner reservation for you or you can recommend diner at home for a small fee.
