- 1 living room with kitchenette, dining table and reversible armchair.
■ Floor accessible from the outside with stairs:
- 1 bedroom with bathroom and private terrace not overlooked.
The house has a garage that can accommodate 2 cars and a 2000 L water reserve connected to a booster pump.
All bathrooms and kitchens have hot water.
There is no generator (cuts are rare or short in general).
