Exclusive Indian villa. Its unique architecture makes it a unique accommodation in its style. In the southern part of the property is the gazebo where you can enjoy the relaxation of sharing delicious country lunches, as well as gatherings, board games or a good read. Beaches 10 min drive. The space
The house has three floors.
-On the main floor, with an entrance without architectural barriers, there is a full kitchen, a large dining room, a living area, and three bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each.

-In the semi-basement with direct access to the garden, you will find a large social space with a fully equipped peninsula kitchen, a seating area with a 65" TV, a game room and a full bathroom.

Guest access
The outdoor facilities have a gazebo, barbecue, private parking, bicycles and a 4.20*2.5 meter deep pool, so it is not allowed to be used by minors without adult supervision. Parking is free with capacity for 12 vehicles.

The beaches are a 10-minute drive away. They have a paradisiacal charm as they are at a certain distance from the densest population centers, some of them being a protected nature reserve and all have a blue flag for the cleanliness of their waters, rescue service and beach bar, in the photos you can see the distance by vehicle to the three nearest beaches.
The laundry service has access to the house through the pedestrian door for pick-up and delivery. They can enter the premises but do not enter the house.
